Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to [*] equity shares by the company, aggregating up to Rs. 300.00 crores ("Fresh Issue"), and an offer for sale of up to [*] equity shares ("Offered Shares"), aggregating up to Rs. 250.00 crores, by Delta Corp Limited (the "Selling Shareholder" and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholder, the "Offer for Sale"). In accordance with and subject to regulation 33 of the sebi icdr regulations, the offer may include a reservation of up to [*] equity shares, aggregating up to Rs.
