Public Issue of 15,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Green Farm Bio Gen Limited ("the company" or "the issure") for cash at a price Rs. (*) per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. (*) per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs.
