Initial public offer of upto 56,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Eequity Shares") of Geosys India Infrastructures Limited ("The Company" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores* ("the Issue"). this issue includes a reservation of up to 3,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating up to Rs. Any revision in the price band and the revised bid / issue period, if applicable, shall be widely disseminated by notification to the national stock exchange of india limited, by issuing a public notice, and also by indicating the change on the respective websites of the brlm and at the terminals of the syndicate members and by intimation to the designated intermediaries and the sponsor bank.
