Public offer of up to 69,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited, the "Issuer" for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs. [*] per equity share), the "Offer Price" aggregating to Rs.
