Initial public offering of 22,110,955* equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of Inox India Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 660 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 658 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 1459.32 crores* (the "Offer"). The offer comprises an offer for sale of 22,110,955* equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Offered Shares") aggregating to Rs. 1459.32 crores*, comprising 10,437,355* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 688.87 crores* by Siddharth Jain, 5,000,000* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 330.00 crores* by Pavan Kumar Jain, 5,000,000* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 330.00 crores* by Nayantara Jain, 1,200,000* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 79.20 crores* by Ishita Jain (collectively referred to as the "Promoter Selling Shareholders"), 230,000* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 15.18 crores* by Manju Jain, 190,000* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 12.54 *crores by Lata Rungta, 13,400* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.88 crores* by Bharti Shah, 13,400* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.88 crores* by Kumud Gangwal, 13,400* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.88 crores* by Suman Ajmera, and 13,400* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.88 crores* by Rajni Mohatta (collectively referred to as the "Other Selling Shareholders"), (other selling shareholders together with the promoter selling shareholders, collectively referred to as the "Selling Shareholders").
