Initial public offering of 102,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Sah Polymers Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 55 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 66.30 crores ("Issue"). The offer cpmrises of fresh issue only. The issue shall constitute 39.54 % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10. the issue price is 6.5 times the face value of the equity shares.
