Initial public offering of 84,745,762* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Electronics Mart India Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 59 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 49 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 500.00 crores (the "Issue"). The issue will constitute 22.03 % of the company post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
