Initial public offer of 1,28,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of Abans Holdings Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 270 per equity (including the securities premium of Rs. 268 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 345.60.* crores ("The Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 38,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 102.60.* croress (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 90,00,000 equity shares by Abhishek Bansal ("The Promoter Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 243.00* crores ("Offer for Sale"). The offer constitute 25.53% of the fully diluted post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to the finalization of basis of allotment. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 2 each and the offer price is 135 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 55 equity shares and in multiples of 55 equity share thereafter.
