Initial public offering of upto 53,70,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each ("Equity Shares") of Dharni Capital Services Limited ("Dharni Capital" or "The Company" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 20 /- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 19 /- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 10.74 croress ("The Issue") of which 2,70,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.54 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 51,00,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an issue price of Rs. 20/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 10.20 crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.36 % and 25.04 % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Re. 1/- each and the issue price is 20 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 6000 equity shares and in multiples of 6000 equity shares thereafter.
