Biocon Ltd spurts 1.42%

Biocon Ltd is up for a third straight session in a row. The stock is quoting at Rs 361.15, up 1.42% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.15% on the day, quoting at 24615.6. The Sensex is at 80252.95, up 0.12%. Biocon Ltd has dropped around 5.56% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Pharma index of which Biocon Ltd is a constituent, has dropped around 1.03% in last one month and is currently quoting at 21719.95, up 0.94% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 13.85 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 31.13 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark September futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 361.25, up 1.13% on the day. Biocon Ltd is down 4.81% in last one year as compared to a 2.31% drop in NIFTY and a 5.43% drop in the Nifty Pharma index.

The PE of the stock is 0 based on TTM earnings ending June 25.
