Adani Enterprises, Tata Power, Lupin, IRB Infra in focus

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AMG Media Networks (AMNL) has acquired 50.50% stake in Indo-Asian News Service (IANS). IANS is a private news agency.

Tata Power Company: Tata Power Company said that Tata Power Solar Systems has signed a contract to supply 152 MWp DCR Solar PV Modules for NTPC?s Nokh Solar PV Project in Rajasthan.

Lupin: The drug major said that it has received an approval from US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) for Allopurinol Tablets.

Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Lifesciences said that it has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) to manufacture and market Lacosamide Tablets.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders: The company informed that it has signed shipbuilding contracts with the European client for construction of hybrid powered vessels worth $ 42 million.

Mankind Pharma: Mankind Pharma said that it has made investment of GBP 999,900 (approximately Rs 10.52 crore) in Actimed Therapeutics for acquiring additional 1.29% of its paid-up ordinary share capital.

Granules India: Granules India said that the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed good manufacturing practice (GMP) inspection at its wholly-owned foreign subsidiary, Granules Pharmaceuticals located in Chantilly, Virginia, USA.

Landmark Cars: Landmark Cars has received a Letter of Intent from MG Motor India Pvt Ltd for opening dealership in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company has also received an approval from Mercedes-Benz India for opening a workshop at Hyderabad.

Gandhar Oil Refinery (India): The company reported 11.25% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 48.1 crore on 6.48% fall in revenue from operations to Rs 100.10 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q1 FY24.

IRB Infrastructure Developers: The highways infrastructure developer announced that it has received a letter of award (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a project worth Rs 1,683 crore.
