Power Grid, Tata Power, NBCC (India), Syrma SGS Technology in spotlight

Power Grid Corporation of India: The company has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System Project namely ?Transmission system for evacuation of power from REZ in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase-III Part H? on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.

Tata Power Company: Tata Motors and Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a subsidiary of Tata Power have entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to develop a new 12MWp on-site solar project at Tata Motors' Pune commercial vehicle manufacturing facility.

Syrma SGS Technology: The company has completed acquisition of majority stake in Johari Digital Healthcare Limited (JDHL) for Rs 229.5 crore. This acquisition will enhance Syrma SGS's capabilities and offerings in the electro-medical devices segment and create business synergies across multiple areas.

NBCC (India): NBCC (India) has signed MoU with Kerala State Housing Board for development of 17.9 acres of land parcel of Kerala State Housing Board at Marine Drive, Kochi, Kerala.

Kernex Microsystems (India): The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on 06 September 2023 to consider and approve raising of funds through issue of securities on preferential issue.
