Yatra Online, Tata Power, Dixon Technologies, Oberoi Realty in spotlight

Yatra Online: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 28 September 2023. The issue price is Rs 142 per share.

Tata Power Company: Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a subsidiary of The Tata Power Company, will set up a 41 MW captive solar plant at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu for TP Solar Limited (TP Solar) new greenfield 4.3 GW solar cell and module manufacturing facility located at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

Aurobindo Pharma: Auro Vaccines Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has entered into a Licence Agreement with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte. Limited to develop, manufacture and commercialize a pentavalent vaccine candidate used in children vaccination.

Dixon Technologies (India): Dixon's Wholly Owned Subsidiary-Padget Electronics has entered into an Agreement with Xiaomi to carry out manufacturing of smart phones and other related products for Xiaomi. The manufacturing shall take place at Padget's manufacturing facility situated at Noida.

Oberoi Realty: The company has entered into a Development Agreement for development and redevelopment of land admeasuring approximately 13,450 square meters, situate at Tardeo, Mumbai. The company expects to generate a free sale component of around 2.5 lakh square feet (on carpet area) from the development and redevelopment of this land.

NBCC (India): The company has announced sale of Commercial Built-up space in World Trade Centre, New Delhi at Nauroji Nagar through e-auction. The area offered for sale is 14.75 lakh square feet and the value of the area offered is Rs 5,716.43 crore.
