Updater Services, Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp, RVNL to be watched

Updater Services: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 4 October 2023. The issue price is Rs 300 per share.

Maruti Suzuki India: The company has received draft Assessment Order for the FY 2019-20 wherein certain additions/ disallowances amounting to Rs 2159.7 crore with respect to returned income (the income disclosed by the Company in its Income Tax return) have been proposed. The company will file its objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel.

Hero MotoCorp: The company is set to commence deliveries of its first co-developed premium motorcycle Harley-Davidson X440 on the auspicious first day of the Navratri festival, i.e., 15th October 2023.

Avenue Supermarts: The company's standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended 30 September 2023 stood at Rs 12,307.72 crore. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 10,384.66 crore in the previous year. The total number of stores as of 30 September 2023 stood at 336.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL): RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder for development of distribution infrastructure at north zone of Himachal Pradesh under the revamped reforms based and results-linked, distribution sector scheme (loss reduction works). The size of order is Rs 444.26 crore.

Raymond: The board of directors of Raymond has approved to invest an amount up to Rs. 301 crore in one or more tranches in Ten X Realty Limited (TXRL), a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
