Hero MotoCorp, ACC, Healthcare Global, Sheela Foam in focus

Hero MotoCorp: Hero MotoCorp has received 13,688 bookings for its newly launched flagship motorcycle, Karizma XMR. Dispatches of Karizma XMR to Hero MotoCorp dealerships have already started and customer deliveries will begin in the festive period this month.

ACC: The company has incorporated two new Wholly Owned Subsidiary Companies - ACC Concrete South and ACC Concrete West to carry on the business of manufacturing and dealing in cement, RMC and allied products and by-products.

Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG): HCG announced the strategic acquisition of SRJ CBCC Cancer hospital in Indore. This acquisition marks HCG's entry into the key geography of Madhya Pradesh enhancing its commitment to delivering cancer care across India.

Nazara Technologies: The Singapore subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, a material subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has acquired a 100% stake in game marketing agency PublishME for a sum of $2 million from its existing shareholders Nazara Technologies and Ozgur Ozalp.

Sheela Foam: The company has received a Show Cause Cum Demand Notice from the Commissioner of GST Intelligence, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida under section 16 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (?the Act?), alleging a tax demand of Rs 20.26 crores in addition with the an equivalent penalty of Rs. 20.26 crore and applicable interest on the demand.
