Valiant Laboratories, Bajaj Finance, Tata Motors, Lupin in action

Valiant Laboratories: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 6 October 2023. The issue price is Rs 140 per share.

Bajaj Finance: The board of directors of the company approved raising of capital through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 8,800 crore by the issue of equity shares. The board also approved preferential issue of up to 15,50,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares to Bajaj Finserv Limited, the promoter, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 1,200 crore.

Tata Motors: JLR reported increased sales volumes for the second quarter of FY24 (three-month period to 30 September 2023). Wholesale volumes in the period were 96,817 units (excluding the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV), up 29% compared to the same quarter a year ago, and up 4% compared to the quarter ended 30 June 2023, notwithstanding the annual two-week summer plant shutdown. Retail sales for the second quarter were 106,561 units (including the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV), up 21% compared to the same quarter a year ago.

Lupin: Lupin announced that it has received tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application for Tolvaptan Tablets, 15 mg, 30 mg, 45 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg to market a generic equivalent of Jynarque Tablets, 15 mg, 30 mg, 45 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg, of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. This product will be manufactured at Lupin's Nagpur facility in India.

KPI Green Energy: KPI Green has received new orders aggregating to 12.10 MW for executing solar power projects.

Cantabil Retail India: Cantabil Retail India scheduled a meeting of the board of directors on 21 October 2023 to consider and approve record date for the purpose of stock split/ sub-division.
