Innova Captab, Federal Bank, PNB, Swan Energy in focus

Innova Captab: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 29 December 2023. The issue price is Rs. 448 per share.

Federal Bank: Federal Bank has received an intimation from the Reserve Bank of India that it has accorded its approval to ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. (ICICI AMC) for acquiring aggregate holding of up to 9.95% of the paidup Share Capital or Voting Rights of the Bank.

PNB: The board of directors of the bank has approved the proposal for raising of equity capital for an amount aggregating upto Rs. 7500 crore in one or more tranches during FY 2024-25 through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP)/Follow on Public Offer (FPO) or any other permitted mode or a combination thereof.

RailTel Corporation of India: The company has received the work order amounting to Rs. 120.45 crore (Including GST) from South Central Railway for comprehensive signalling and telecommunication works for provision of automatic block signalling system in Yermaras-Nalwar section of Guntakal division in South Central Railway.

Swan Energy: The company said that its board has approved raising funds up to Rs 4,000 crore through issuance of instruments or security including equity shares or any other eligible securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings including on a preferential allotment basis and/or a qualified institutions placement and/or rights issue and/or further public offering.

Satin Creditcare Network: The company has has entered into ?Master Agreement for co-lending of loans to Micro-Finance Borrowers by way of Co-Lending Module in tranches with Karnataka Bank.
