TCS, Infosys, Angel One, CESC to be watched

TCS, Infosys: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the country's largest IT company, will announce its Q3 result on January 11. Infosys, the second largest, will also report its financial results for the October-December period today.

Angel One: The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on 15 January 2024 to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Securities on private placement basis.

Nuvama Wealth Management: Nuvama Asset Management, the alternatives-focused asset management arm of Nuvama Wealth Management, and Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, announced the formation of a new 50:50 joint venture entity, Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Private Limited (NCW). The new entity will act as a platform offering full suite of capabilities for investing in commercial real estate.

CESC: Noida Power Company, a subsidiary of the company has received an order from the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC), approving the Power Purchase Agreement for procurement of power of 95 MW RTC Power per annum for a period of 5 years.

Atul: Wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Atul Products (APL) has received required approval / licences and commenced its operations of 300 tpd caustic and 50 MW power plant situated at Atul site.

Safari Industries (India): The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on 15 January 2024 to consider and approve raising of funds by way of issue of securities to one or more persons on preferential basis.

Satin Creditcare Network: The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on 15 January 2024 to consider and approve the proposal of raising of funds by way of public issue of Non-convertible Debentures in one or more series/ tranches.
