Jyoti CNC Automation, Jio Financial Services, Angel One in focus

Jyoti CNC Automation: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 16 January 2025. The issue price is Rs 331 per share.

Jio Financial Services: Jio Financial Services reported consolidated net profit of Rs 293.82 crore in Q3 FY24 as compared with Rs 668.18 crore posted in Q2 FY24. Total income stood at Rs 414.33 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 608.04 crore recorded in Q2 FY24.

Angel One: Angel One reported consolidated net profit of Rs 280.3 crore in Q3 FY24 as compared with Rs 228 crore posted in Q3 FY23. Total income stood at Rs 1060.8 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 759.7 crore recorded in the same period a year ago.

Shakti Pumps (India): Shakti Pumps (India) on Monday announced that its board will meet on Thursday, 18 January 2024 to consider a proposal for fund raising through qualified institutional placements (QIP).

Sarda Energy & Minerals: The company has awarded a contract to Gensol Engineering for installation of solar power plant of 50 MW DC in Chhattisgarh for meeting the captive requirements of the company?s production and mining facilities.

BLS International Services (BLS): BLS announced that it has entered into a definitive Share Purchase Agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary BLS International FZE, UAE, to acquire 100% stake in iData Danismanlik Ve Hizmet Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (?iDATA?) and its wholly owned subsidiaries for an Enterprise Value of Euro 50 Million (~ Rs. 450 crore) and additional milestones based payments.
